Steffen Pedersen to attend UNCITRAL Working Group II: Dispute Settlement 77th Session at the UN in New York

ArbDB Chambers Member and leading arbitrator and mediator, Steffen Pedersen, will be attending this Session as an observer on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). The Session will be held at the UN Headquarters in New York.

This Session will tackle a range of dispute resolution topics, including early dismissal and preliminary determination, technology-related dispute resolution and adjudication and the UNCITRAL Notes on Organising Arbitral Proceedings. UNCITRAL, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, is a subsidiary body of the UN General Assembly responsible for helping to facilitate international trade and investment and Working Group II is one of the UNCITRAL Working Groups focused on dispute resolution and arbitration and mediation in particular.
