Michael Cover FCIArb CArb Appointed To The Law Society's Arbitration Panel

Experienced independent commercial arbitrator and mediator and Member of ArbDB, the International Arbitration and Dispute Board Chambers, Michael Cover, has been appointed to the Law Society’s Arbitration Panel. The Panel handles a range of disputes, particularly partnership disputes, cases on commercial agreements and insurance and rent reviews. These are appointments which are made in the name of the President of the Law Society.

Michael, who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Chartered Arbitrator and who accepts instructions as arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator, is already on the arbitration panels of a number of UK and international institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.
