Mark Appel to speak at the 5th Annual Conference of the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA) on 30 January 2020

The Conference is called "Investment Protection in the EU: Alternatives to intra-EU BITs" and Mark will be part of a distinguished Panel dealing with "Alternative tools for effective investment/investor protection" and will doubt be advancing the case for Investor/State Mediation. Mark is heavily involved with the International Mediation Institute Task Force on this topic."
