ArbDB Chambers Members To Speak At A Major Conference On Investor State Dispute Settlement (ISDS)and The Development Of Investor/ State (IS) Mediation

ArbDB Members, Mark Appel and Wolf von Kumberg, will be moderating sessions 2 and 3 at a major conference on ISDS and the development of IS mediation on Wednesday 2nd May 2018 at the Abu Dhabi Global Market in Abu Dhabi.

Mark will be moderating session 2 on the development of IS mediation and Wolf session 3, which will be a round table discussion involving representatives from the International Energy Charter, Brussels and a group of eminent Government and investor representatives.

​

ArbDB Chambers member, Michael Cover, will also be attending and Mark and Wolf (and Michael) will then go on to IS mediator training in Paris the following week.

Besides ArbDB Chambers, supporting organisations include the ADGM, the ICC, CEDR, IMI, The International Energy Charter and ICSD.
