UK Chapter of the DRBF would like to invite you to the next DRBF UK Breakfast Meet on 11th November 2020 @ 09.00hrs, which will take place as a ZOOM ® meeting. 

Mark, Lindy and Serge will be speaking about the use of dispute boards in PPP’s. Mark is the principal of Moseley Infrastructure Advisory Services www.mmminfra.com and, before that, held the positions of COO at the G20’s Global Infrastructure Hub and Lead Lawyer in the PPP Group at the World Bank. Lindy Patterson QC is an international arbitrator, adjudicator , regular dispute board chair and is a Member of 39 Essex Chambers. Lindy is the Immediate Past President of DRBF Region 2. Serge Y Bodart is an Engineer by background. He has been involved as a Consultant in many PPP Projects and works internationally as a Dispute Board member and Expert, based in Switzerland. Mark, Lindy and Serge are all Members of the DRBF Task Force on PPP’s.

This will be the 7th meeting of the group, providing a platform for discussion of topics of interest and regular interaction between members, their guests and speakers involved with dispute resolution and avoidance. This interactive Breakfast Meet will be of interest to users, funders, lawyers and Dispute Board members in particular, including DRBF Members in the UK and around the world, as well as to dispute resolvers of all kinds.
