Fees

ArbDB Chambers operates a range of competitive fees for Domestic and International Arbitrations, Adjudications, Dispute Boards and Mediations - these are based, among other considerations upon the parties' choice of specialist from among our members, the amount in dispute and the number of parties.   Please contact Martin Poulter, Clerk to Chambers, to discuss appropriate fee levels for specific cases - we understand the issues that face parties and their advisers in this area and the need for a degree of flexibility.​
 

Arbitration

Fees will depend on the complexity of the case but as a guide normal hourly rates will be in the range of £250 to £500 exclusive of local taxes, which may be payable in addition.

 

Dispute Boards and Adjudication​

 

Fees will be similar but are generally payable in Euros or US Dollars.  As an example, the daily fee for a Standing Dispute Board might be Euro 2,500 to 3,500 again plus local taxes if applicable.
 

Mediation

At ArbDB Chambers we are committed to providing parties in dispute with a prompt, efficient and cost-effective means of resolving their dispute. Daily fees would be in the range of £2,000 to £5,000 exclusive of local taxes.
